Todd Finn | Masters Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning)

It was as a teenager that Todd found a passion for training and performance. A string of injuries from overtraining as a competitive runner left him frustrated and searching for answers. As a result, Todd decided to embark on a journey to discover the complexities of human movement and performance and he decided a great education was the perfect place to start.

In 2017 Todd Completed a Bachelor of Sports Science (Exercise Science) from Victoria University in Melbourne, VIC. In 2019 he followed this up with a Masters of Exercise Science (Strength & Conditioning) from Edith Cowan University in Perth, WA.

It was then time to take the theory and put it into practice. Along the way Todd has worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach in; Australian Rules Football with athletes from TAC Cup/Amateur and VFL Level, State League Soccer and Multiple Private Schools across multiple sports. Todd currently also works with amateur to elite distance runners and as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Trinity Grammar School.

Todd’s interest in Junior Athletic Development and Rehabilitation took him overseas to Shanghai Sports School, where he was the Head of Rehabilitation and Youth Strength & Conditioning. During Todd’s time in China he worked with athletes from sports such as Swimming, Sprint & Field Athletics, Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Badminton and Table Tennis. Todd helped to rehabilitate athletes with complex back, knee, ankle, shoulder and hip injuries.

Although Todd’s programs are based around keeping things simple, manageable and achievable, his passion for untangling complex problems in human movement still ensures he can unscramble your golf fitness puzzle and enhance your swing potential. By helping you enhance your golf-specific strength, power and mobility you’ll be playing longer, stronger and without pain for years to come.
