Why we all need a Program (me included) ...

Just a quick one today about Motivation & Accountability.

**** BIG ADMISSION TIME ****

I'm not even sure how or when it happened ...

But I have slacked right off with my own training lately.

Maybe it's the winter weather taking it's toll ...?

(Because of my job, I know what I need to do... I know exactly what my body needs ...)

I just haven't been pushing myself the way I need to in order to get RESULTS.


But then I woke up to this amazing message on Saturday morning from Golfer's Edge client, Nathan:

Nice ego boost. But it also got me thinking ...

That there are SO MANY BENEFITS to having a program there designed for you ...

Structure -- I had been making it up as I went along ...'oh, I'll do a bit of this today, and a few of these ...'

...before you know it you haven't done any of the things you NEED to do in over 6 weeks ...

Doing the things you may NOT LIKE, but the things that NEED TO BE DONE.

To keep progressing ...

It keeps you accountable. To the schedule that you help to design ...

There is no need to even THINK once you get to the gym.

No excuses. Just progress and results.


So I wrote myself a program on Monday night ...

And smashed straight into it on Tuesday ...
